Michigan Interchange I-75 Closure

EMERGENCY DETOUR ALERT: Bridging North America (BNA) has implemented a detour on Woodmere Street in response to the emergency closure of the Fort Street and Dearborn Street intersection. Northbound motorists heading toward Springwells Street northbound will be detoured to Fort Street eastbound/Melville Street eastbound, south on Green Street southbound, west on Jefferson Avenue westbound, north on Dearborn Street northbound, north on Woodmere Street, east on Vernor Highway eastbound, and then Springwells Street.

Fort Street - NEW

• The existing mobile closure on Fort Street between Springwells Street and Clark Street will remain in place until June 30, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily as needed
• Starting December 7, 2022, at 7 a.m. Bridging North America will temporarily close the parking lane on westbound Fort Street between Green Street and Wilde Street for traffic signal installations. The closure will be in place until December 16, 2022, at 6 p.m.
   

Springwells Street

• All lanes of the Springwells Street off-ramp from southbound I-75 will close from December 16 – 19, 2022.

Vernor Highway

• The Vernor Highway on-ramp to southbound I-75 will close from December 16 – 19, 2022.

Ambassador Bridge

• All lanes of the Ambassador Bridge on-ramp to southbound I-75 will close from December 16 – 19, 2022.
