The Neighbourhood Infrastructure Strategy of the Community Benefits Plan includes a commitment to provide multi-year funding to United Way/Centraide Windsor-Essex County for investment in the ProsperUS program to support the work of cradle-to-career in neighbourhoods in Windsor. The Community Benefits investment will be directed to programming specific to the Sandwich Community.
