  • If travelling by bus or RV, travel through car lanes 
  • Travel through attended lane if passenger vehicle has items mounted to roof  
  • Estimate rate to cross through online toll calculator 
  • If using Breakaway account, check balance for available funds  
  • If paying by debit, credit, digital wallet, NEXUS or QR code, have ready to scan  
  • If paying by CAD or USD cash, have correct amount ready   
  • Press intercom if assistance is required

Driving on the Bridge

  • Follow overhead signs for lane designations  
  • Maintain safe distance and speed limit of 60 km/h/35 mph   
  • No stopping for photos
  • If vehicle becomes disabled, pull over to right paved shoulder
  • Enjoy your drive across the 2.5 kilometre/1.5 mile cable-stayed bridge
