The Neighbourhood Infrastructure Strategy of the Community Benefits Plan includes an investment in the Southwest Detroit Business Association’s business development program, Bridge to Prosperity. The program is anticipated to run for a three-year period and will provide planning and development support to Southwest Detroit small businesses and start-ups. The Bridge to Prosperity program supports businesses by offering drop-in office hours, one-on-one coaching and workshops.
