Timing: Events to be held in 2021 and 2024

Partner: Greening of Detroit

The Neighbourhood Infrastructure Strategy of the Community Benefits Plan includes a commitment to invest two tree giveaways in partnership with Greening of Detroit during the construction phase of the project.

Tree giveaway events will be held in 2021 and another in 2024. Each event will include a tree planting education session and distribution of 250 trees to Delray/Southwest Detroit residents.
